Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Financial
Reporting & Technical Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and record journal entries related to equity, debt, and
revenue recognition
Prepare financial and regulatory reports, ensuring compliance with
SEC filings
Monitor debt covenants and assist in tax filings and reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
8+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 4
years in public accounting
Strong proficiency in US GAAP, particularly in equity and debt
accounting
Experience with accounting software such as Sage Intacct or
NetSuite
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred
