Responsibilities: Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor your team to achieve their best. Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with Subway's standards. Customer Service: Ensure every guest receives outstanding service and a memorable dining experience. Training & Development: Train and develop team members to uphold Subway's quality and service standards. Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
