Hiring Range $126,110.40 to $172,348.80
Pay Range $126,110.40 to $195,478.40
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Clinical Director of Behavioral
Health Integration is responsible for providing clinical direction
and oversight to the behavioral health integration services.
Qualifications:
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population
comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook
Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian
people within SCF's geographical service area. Employees should
have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this
population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of
SCF's vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental,
emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together
with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and
related services:
Current license as an LPC, LCSW, LPA or Psychologist.
Three (3) years of clinical experience post licensure, with two (2)
years of experience in behavioral health integration setting or a
Behavioral Health Consultant role.
Two (2) years of clinical supervisor experience; OR demonstrated
proficiency as a Clinical Supervisor at SCF.
Certified as an Alaska Professional Counselor Supervisor from the
Alaska Board of Professional Counselors.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP,
ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty and any certification
related to scope of practice as required.
Obtain Qualification Addition Professional (QAP) approval within
three (3) years of the Provisional Provider Application approval
date with the State of Alaska.

you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first
day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella
(Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria
- Pertussis), and COVID-19 vaccination is required.
