Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Information Specialist II to
provide virtual support and engage in clinical dialogue with
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Document Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product
Quality Complaints in compliance with guidelines
Conduct compliance calls for volunteers in clinical research trials
and provide patient support
Maintain quality standards and adhere to program scripts while
safeguarding patient privacy
Required Qualifications
Bilingual Spanish speaking
Current US healthcare professional license: RN
Competency with Call Center Telephone Technology
Able to work independently and within a group setting
Results-oriented with excellent organizational skills
