*HIGH DEMAND FOR WEEKENDS, EVENINGS, AND WEEKDAY AVAILABILITY**Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)**In-Home Care**Direct Support Professional** Every person needs the support of others, but we look for very special people to support individuals with disabilities.*As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) with us,* you'll be one of those special people. DSPs are the link to the community for those they serve. For some, they may be the eyes of those unable to see, or the voice for those who can't speak. For others, they are the subtle support on the path to one's true potential.*We are seeking DSPs/Caregivers* *to** provide assistance to individuals in a community-based setting.* DSPs provide assistance with daily activities such as chores, meal preparation and planning; medication assistance; and personal care.* DSPs also facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings within the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.* In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with the care team to enhance the quality of life for those we support.*NOTE:** Must be willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, extended hours and accept lack of scheduling control and be ready to report on late notice.*Requirements:** High School Diploma or GED.* Valid Alaska Driver's License, unrestricted Alaska Driving Record and Auto Insurance* Must be 18 or older with 3 or more years of driving experience* CPR and First Aid certified (provided as necessary).
