Nursing License Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Must-Have:
Inpatient hospital experience of any kind Job Description: - Work
in the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit with a team-oriented approach.
- Engage in patient mobilization and lifting procedures. - Maintain
documentation to ensure compliance with Medicare standards,
outlined in orientation. - Familiarity with equipment such as Sara
Stedy, Hoyer lift, Sara Flex, Sara Plus, and Carendo Shower Chair.
- Utilize EMR systems EPIC and UDS. - Participate in patient care
with a typical ratio of 5:1. - Collaborate with staff, consisting
of day and night shifts with varying charges, RNs, and PCTs
depending on census. - Dress in navy blue scrubs in accordance with
dress code. - Flexibility to float to Med-Surg or Ortho as
required. - Adhere to unit guidelines and maintain compliance
documentation. - Weekend work may be required up to every other
weekend. - Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential
for success in this role.
