Assist in performing physical assessments, including monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure). Perform routine wound care, including cleaning, dressing, and bandaging wounds, cuts, or surgical incisions. Accurately document patient care activities, treatments, and any changes in patient status in the medical record. Act as an advocate for paediatric patients by ensuring their safety, comfort, and emotional well-being. Respond promptly to paediatric emergencies and provide basic first aid and life support until advanced care arrives. Work collaboratively with doctors, registered nurses, and other healthcare staff to provide comprehensive care to paediatric patients.Job Requirements: 2+ year of recent LTC experience. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as Epic or similar. Basic Life Support (AHA).
