Description The Mental Health Therapist II-School position is
integrated into a school environment and partners with the
Providence clinical team and school personnel to impact the overall
health and wellness of the school population. The Mental Health
Therapist II provides clinical services including but not limited
to mental health/substance use assessments, treatment planning,
individual, group, and family therapeutic interventions, crisis
intervention, risk assessment, education, and case management. The
therapist also provides education, support, and consultation
services to the academic team. Provides support, education, and
guidance to the Mental Health Therapist II. Providence caregivers

Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social
Work or health related field.
- Alaska Masters Social Worker License upon hire or Alaska
Clinical Social Worker License upon hire or Alaska Psychologist
License upon hire or Alaska Marriage and Family Therapist License
upon hire or Alaska Professional Counselor License.
