  • General job duties and types of procedures required: Manages individualized, goal directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursingin accordance with departmental and hospital policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice.
  • Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis Supply Stations.
  • Required skills and minimum years of experience: 3 years Med-Surg background with critical thinking skills.

    • BLS required
    • 3 years of MedSurg Experience
      • Schedule Information
      • 12 hours shifts
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept: 31
        • Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: Per national standard
        • Dress Code: Scrubs - provided
        • Unit/department specific training and orientation program: Meditech and OBIX training 3 day training, plus unit specific orientation. CPH requires RN's complete Medication Testing once on site (to be completed within first two weeks)
