Job Description:
Description The RN-Team Advisor directs and supervises the
24-hour care of assigned elders to deliver whole-person care in an
innovative elder-directed care model. Responsible for the
implementation and ongoing evaluation of the elder's comprehensive
plan of care. Uses established work systems and processes to
facilitate quality of care and quality of life while ensuring
ongoing regulatory compliance with all applicable laws and
professional standards of practice. Facilitates effective
communication of elder needs and issues to the clinical support
team. Supervises Certified Nursing Assistants, RNs and LPNs within
24-hour teams for the assigned group of elders. Fosters positive
change, professional/program growth and teamwork in an innovative
care setting designed to be transformational in the lives of elders

Required Qualifications:
- Coursework/Training Graduate of an accredited School of
Nursing
- Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
- Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association
- 1 year clinical nursing.
- In gerontological nursing is necessary to perform the essential
functions of this position. Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 1 year clinical supervisory, management or resource.
