Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Administrator - Premium
Service Center to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Open and monitor work orders, coordinating with local offices for
updates and resolutions
Perform quality assurance on preventative maintenance reports and
analyze complex problems
Produce financial and performance reports, assist in quarterly
business reviews, and improve delivery processes
Required Qualifications
High School/GED or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 months relevant experience
Preferred experience in electronic, fire alarm & life safety,
building automation, or healthcare industries
Must have or be able to obtain applicable state and/or local
required industry licenses
