Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Loan Processor responsible for
processing loan files and serving as the single point of contact
until the loan is closed and funded.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate process expectations and document needs with
borrowers
Review title commitments, income, assets, and credit history
Prepare compliant loan files for submission to underwriters
Required Qualifications
3+ years of processing experience
Working knowledge of FHA, with USDA/VA experience being a plus
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and federal compliance
laws
Experience with Automated Underwriting Engines (LP or DU)
Experience with Encompass and construction loans is a plus
