Job Description:
A company is looking for a Total Rewards Partner to support
compensation and benefits functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage job descriptions and conduct job audits for
classification and compensation
Oversee benefits administration, including enrollment and
compliance with regulations
Conduct competitive benchmarking and prepare compensation analysis
reports
Required Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources
or Business Administration preferred
3+ years of Total Rewards experience required
2+ years of experience in Human Resources required
1+ year of experience working within ACA laws and regulations
required
Experience with HRIS preferred
