  • General job duties and types of procedures required: Manages individualized, goal directed nursing care through use of the nursing process and the principles of primary nursing in accordancewith departmental and hospital policies and procedures and standards of nursing practice.
  • Equipment utilized in the unit/dept: Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis Supply Stations.
    • Job Requirements
    • 3 years Med-Surg background with critical thinking skills.
    • Active AK state RN license.
      • Schedule Information
      • 12 hours shifts.
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Meditech and OBIX training 3 day training, plus unit specific orientation.
        • CPH requires RN's complete Medication Testing once on site (to be completed within first two weeks).
          • Additional Details
          • Heart Saver AED Certification
          • BLS Certification - must be AHA
          • 3 years of MedSurg Experience
