Job Description:

*Job Overview*We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at a Level II Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have expertise in telemetry, emergency medicine, and possess knowledge of anatomy, sonography, radiology, lab procedures, cardiac catheterization, aseptic techniques, and physiology.*Responsibilities** Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab* Assist physicians during procedures such as angioplasty, stent placements, and pacemaker insertions* Monitor patients' vital signs and assist with conscious sedation* Operate imaging equipment to visualize the heart and blood vessels* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards*Requirements** Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Radiologic Technologist (RT)* Proficiency in using aseptic techniques and maintaining sterile fields* Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment* Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary teamRN01Job Types: Contract, Travel nursingPay: $3,100.00 - $3,246.00 per weekBenefits:* Employee assistance program* Health insurance* Referral program* Relocation assistanceMedical Specialty:* Cath LabSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 4x10* Day shiftExperience:* Cath lab: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person
