We have a Customer Service Representative opportunity at our Anchorage location on Arctic Boulevard.

The Customer Service Representative opportunity has a salary range from $17 to $20 per hour based on experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will

* Be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
* Quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided
* Schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member.
* Resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner.
* Open and close the branch; utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate
* Perform all other duties as assigned

You will need

* State issued Driver's license and clean driving record
* Physical Requirements: Sitting/computer use for extended periods of time
