Coordinates team in delivery of patient care in a compassionate and
ethical manner according to recognized standards and care model.
Exercises independent judgment with 24-hour accountability for
clinical and operational issues for assigned units. This role

qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Upon hire: Alaska Registered Nurse License
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart
Association
- Within 1 year of hire: Certification in clinical specialty
- 3 years of recent management or supervisory experience. Charge
nurse or similar experience may count for up to two years of the
required experience. Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- 2 years of Management experience in like sized unit. Why Join
